I placed my order on May 29. I received an email 06/09 that my order was delivered. I checked my mail... NO package. Going back through emails there was another email I missed as well for about week prior saying another item was deliveref which I haven't received either. My items were apparently shipped on 3 shipments. My last package was to be delivered on 6/10 so I waited this day for my mailman to show up So i could see what was going on. Hurray my package is delivered. But only TWO items were included. Out of the 11 items order I get two and of those two they have SECURITY TAGS on them?! Are you kidding? I reached out to customer service yesterday which I was happy with because they were going to reship the missing items until I got an email today saying they cancelled my order. Apparently they refuse to reship or refund any missing items or money because I had a missing item last year. I have been shopping in store and online for years and have only had ONE issue ever. This would be my second complaint ever and I'm being treated like a problem child. I spent alot of money on this order to have a few items shipped that I can't even wear because some Dumbo left the security tags on them. Customer service has been no help referring me to online research team. Only communication through email. This is insane! One refund EVER ever in the past due to shipping and I'm being denied a reshipment or refund over something out of my control

I was missing items I had ordered in…

I was missing items I had ordered in store paying cash for these items. When I got my delivery there were items missing. When I asked they said no refund and no money back. So if you steal from their store it’s not ok and it’s not I know that. Then they go and say we won’t refund you money or reshoot items. Far as I am concerned Hollister is a bunch of greedy ankles. and go suck a bag of ducks.No way that this is acceptable business at all.

Best shopping experience I could’ve…

Best shopping experience I could’ve found in my life I’ve lost a ton of weight due to an illness and my whole entire wardrobe became irrelevant to me and I was in desperate need of a new clothing and a friend of mine gave me some thing brand by Hollister and I actually liked it a lot so I took a look at the website and the rest is history I am now a private owner of an entire wardrobe by mostly hollister I was saved thank you

Extremely disappointing

Extremely disappointing. Interested in the item and I know how awful shipping to specific address can be for customer.
I gave Hollister a shot anyways. I decided to ship to the store for a reason and they even lost the package. If it's lost in customer delivery due to address issues or something, sure, but they can't even handle something like this
Reached out to customer service to see if they can locate the shipment, maybe even resend when my original order returns? Nope, they decide to cancel out on the item instead because it's easier.

Never have had such terrible customer service

I placed an online order on nov 17th for 1 item - a month later, I contacted CS a few times, trying to get an update on why I hadn't received my order, or even been given an updated! They literally told me they could not give me any informtion as to where the order was or when I would receive it, they had no idea at all. Finally after hearing nothing from them for months, I emailed them today, feb 8th, and canceled my order - I promptly received a reply that they would cancel my order and then was sent a service survey on how they did. Seriously ridiculous.

UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

I recently got a hoodie and it was nice got it quick and everything, but when I open the package DURRING CORONA they thought it would be acceptable to give me a used hoodie with a yellow stain on the left sleeve I will not be buying from holister ever again.

Order was late and very faulty

After weeks of waiting my order arrived this morning. Only to find a cardigan with a massive hole in it, dodgy knitting sticking out and stains on one of the sleeves! They clearly don’t check their products before sending out to customers. I now have the hassle of having to send it back. Very bad experience.

Decent enough

I ordered a shirt but when I received it the shirt has a carpet Beatle larvae on it.
I am giving a positive review because they refund the shirt and sent me a free shirt as good will. I also received a 40% discount on my next order and a separate 10 pound discount on my next order. This is satisfactory as I received good customer service after the problem.

Amazing

I got a Hollister gift certificate for christmas and I tried it out and it was amazing. The jeans and coat I got are comfortable and great looking. Our clerk Diamond was so sweet and she really made our visit special. Everybody wore a mask and unlike Gucci they had a mask policy! I got shipped some perfume in mint condition last week, and it was amazing. It shipped in two days and they offered refunds. I'm coming back!

Horrible online service, can't get a refund when it's their fault!

Ordered online, they cancelled my order. Store showed item in stock, store forgot to pull the item, and it sold out. Now I can't get my money back. Will never recommend Holister to anyone. Many calls to the store, requested a manager, they offered a supervisor, that wouldn't talk to us. Then the person on the phone just hung up on us. Initially offered our refund in 3-5 days, next call said 10 days, today before we were hung up on said 29 days. We will never shop here again, and will advise everyone we know about the bad experience. Next will be a horrible Yelp review. You should be ashamed of your customer service. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Rude customer service

In chinook mall. I went in to Hollister tonight to finish Christmas shopping. A young oriental girl with golden tips on the end of her hair helped me briefly. She was Extremely condescending. She lifted up her nose at me as if I was garbage. When I asked which things were on sale. I was going to buy two mens coats and two sweaters and I put them back after she spoke to me. I'd rather keep shopping than support a store that supports such an attitude. I live in a 2 million dollar home ( I can afford anything I want) and even in my circles no one acts like that. I'm not sure who this girl thinks she is but she certainly hasn't had enough spankings in her childhood.

Legit i buy all the time from them. Especially their jeans. They have a great variety. Although, they have a big ego and it shows on most of their clothes. I personally don't like tops that have the shop name on them, but Hollister is a brand ig so yea. But i like their jeans.

Just a horrible customer service experience over the email, in the store. No refunds yet and kept getting the same reply over and over again.
